Refund Policy

1. Billing period and renewal

Venby self-serve plans are sold for a fixed 30-day billing period. Auto-renewal is disabled by default.

After purchase, access remains active for the full 30 days. No further charge is created unless you start a new purchase.

2. Cancellation

You can request cancellation at any time. Since auto-renewal is off, cancellation only confirms that no new period will be started, and it does not remove access from your current paid 30-day period.

3. Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Venby does not provide full, partial, or pro-rata refunds for unused time.
