1. Introduction
Welcome to Venby.ai, a service provided by Planyapp Yazılım ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri ("Venby", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using Venby.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service does
Venby.ai helps brands understand and improve their visibility in AI-assisted search and answer engines. The Service may analyze your website and other public sources, compute visibility metrics, and generate suggested actions or tasks. Outputs are informational and should be evaluated before you rely on them.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
4. Accounts and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for keeping your account secure. Do not share credentials and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Customer inputs and data
You are responsible for any domains, URLs, prompts, and other information you submit to Venby.ai. You must ensure you have the right to provide this information and that it does not violate laws or third-party rights.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes attempting to bypass security, abusing rate limits, uploading harmful or illegal content, or using the Service to infringe intellectual property rights. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use harms the Service, other users, or third parties.
7. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans may be billed monthly, annually, or in other intervals depending on the plan. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Plan features and usage limits may differ and may change over time. Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise.
8. No guarantees
We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as improved rankings, traffic, or AI visibility. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your content, competition, and third-party model behavior.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, design, documentation, and branding, is owned by Planyapp Yazılım ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service except as permitted by applicable law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venby will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Service.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Kayseri, Türkiye.
