1. Introduction

Welcome to Venby.co, a service provided by Venby ("Venby", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using Venby.co, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

Venby.co helps brands understand and improve their visibility in AI-assisted search and answer engines. The Service may analyze your website and other public sources, compute visibility metrics, and generate suggested actions or tasks. Outputs are informational and should be evaluated before you rely on them.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for keeping your account secure. Do not share credentials and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Customer inputs and data

You are responsible for any domains, URLs, prompts, and other information you submit to Venby.co. You must ensure you have the right to provide this information and that it does not violate laws or third-party rights.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes attempting to bypass security, abusing rate limits, uploading harmful or illegal content, or using the Service to infringe intellectual property rights. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use harms the Service, other users, or third parties.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Venby self-serve plans are sold for a fixed 30-day access period. Auto-renewal is disabled by default and no additional charge is created automatically. To continue service after the 30-day period, you need to purchase a new period. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation applies to future renewals and your access continues until the current billing period ends.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Venby does not provide full, partial, or pro-rata refunds for unused time. See our Refund Policy for details.

9. No guarantees

We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as improved rankings, traffic, or AI visibility. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your content, competition, and third-party model behavior.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, documentation, and branding, is owned by Venby or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service except as permitted by applicable law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venby will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Service.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkiye. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Kayseri, Turkiye.
